~Turn in a fitness log each day (or 1 at the end of the week) for credit! (Be honest, karma is real!)

~Exercise for 1 hour a day (doesn't have to be all at once) & record your heart rate!

~ You can choose one of my activities or do your own!

Choose your own: Swimming, Weight Lifting, At-Home Gym Workout, Hiking, Running, Jogging, Walking, Surfing,
Sprint Workout, Timed Mile, Core Circuit, Jump Rope, Cross-Fit, Sport Specific Practice, Bicycling, Pilates, Yoga, Online Workout Video, Golf, Tennis, Skateboarding, ETC, ETC, ETC!!!!

12 weeks of completed logs by the end of the course to earn an A!
