~Turn in a fitness log each day for credit! (Be honest, karma is real!)

~Exercise for 1 hour a day (not all at once) & record your heart rate!

~ You can choose one of my activities or do your own!

Sprint Workout, Timed Mile, Core Circuit, Jump Rope, Cross-Fit, Sport Specific Practice, Bicycling, Pilates, Yoga, Online Workout Video, Golf, Tennis, Skateboarding, ETC, ETC, ETC!!!!
