Create, with your team, the main flow and plot of your story. Use the attached document to help structure your story and to keep the main point on focus. Use characters that are interesting and compelling, but make them easy to create and maneuver. Stay away from humans if possible and characters with lots of appendages. You have less than 12 weeks to complete this project. THAT'S NOT A LOT OF TIME FOR AN ANIMATED SHORT!
