Pippetting Practice (due MONDAY)

Today you are going to practice your pipetting skills. You are going to be:

1) practicing with dye on wax paper to create an image (everyone should create something different, i.e. smiley face, flower etc.)

2) practicing how to load a practice gel in a petri dish
